Delivery
FREE COLLECT IN STORE
We offer free click and collect in our store locations if stock is available. If the item is in one of our other stores it can take up to five working days to arrive for collection. Orders can be picked up within the store opening hours (10am to 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 10am-6pm and 12 noon to 4pm on Sundays).
UK DELIVERY
We offer FREE standard delivery within the UK on all orders over £150.00 with £10.00 delivery for heavy goods and a £4.95 charge for order under the value of £150. Please allow three to five working days as goods are dispatched with 2nd class royal mail, which is tracked but not signed for. All orders are picked and packed during office hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Any queries regarding orders placed must be dealt with via our office team on 0131 285 4166 Mon-Fri. All emails received over the weekend will be dealt with on the return to office Monday 9am.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We charge £10 for next day delivery via Royal Mail (Monday-Friday). All orders must be placed before 10am for this service. This allows us time to pick and pack your order before our mid-day mail collection. Orders placed after this time will be sent on a next day service the following day. Once dispatched, you will receive a notification. We expect items to arrive as scheduled however this is not a guaranteed service and during busy periods/adverse weather and strikes, this can be subject to delay. Please note that orders placed on Friday on a Next Day Delivery Service will not be delivered on Saturday.
INTERNATIONAL
International delivery is £15, items should arrive within seven - ten working days as per Royal Mail, however we do not guarantee this and parcels can face delays - particularly as they process through International Customs Post-Brexit.
- Please note that International Customers are not charged UK VAT on purchases made. You pay only for the value of the good sold. As such, import taxes/customs charges may be levied upon your order
- Biscuit is unable to calculate these charges as they are levied by the receiving country. If applicable, you will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country from where they will apply the required duties/tax to be paid. It becomes the customers responsibility to deal with those requirements before the goods are released.
- Any delay caused by failure to pay is the customer's responsibility. Biscuit cannot be held responsible for how long goods take to travel through customs. This is a legal requirement that must be met for all goods.
ALL DELIVERIES
If your delivery address is different to the billing address then we may have to run further checks to ensure your credit card security, this may result in longer delivery times.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
- The item you have chosen is in stock
- The delivery address has been verified
- Payment has been approved
We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order has been dispatched. All packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. The dispatch companies we use will leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. If your parcel does not arrive and no card is left, please call us and we will track your parcel.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Please note that delivery charges are not refunded when orders are returned to us and that cost of returns is to be covered by the customer.

- International Delivery - £15 (delivery expected in 5-10 working days approx)
Biscuit is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country and they may apply customs or sales tax which has to be paid before you may receive your goods.
