Working From Home In Style
WFH is now a well known abbreviation on social media and now that the Biscuit stores are closed we are no stranger to working from home.
There's something to be said for sticking with a routine, so we're getting up at the same time, making a coffee at home and watching the news in the time we'd usually be commuting and dressing up as if we were working in the actual Biscuit office.

Monday
Starting the week as I mean to go on in Stine Goya's Poppy Blouse. Pink to match the walls of my new 'office' aka the spare room...
It has a super loose fit with long wide sleeves (see below photo) and thankfully the Absolut Cashmere Alicia knit with it's equally wide cuffs is the perfect partner... it really accentuates the frilly pink collar.
Made it through Monday so naturally it's time for a G&T, thank goodness for our well stocked little local newsagents who are filled to the brim with all the essentials including tonic..
Tuesday
Feels like Spring is in the air so I'm bringing the Spring florals to life in Ichi's Canna wrap skirt. Taking a lunchtime break with Grazia (definitely counts as work research!)
Wearing a cosy American Vintage fluffy Manina knit on top.
Wednesday
Adding a little bit of scary spice attitude to my 'hump' day Wednesday. These Primrose Park Kylie trousers are THE comfiest trousers for lounging in, made from a silky viscose and silk blend with an elastic waist, wide legs and pockets!!
Someone else is getting in on the WFH action, shop dog Stan has stolen the desk chair..
Thursday
Absolutely in love with the Second Female (one of my fav brands, the other is Des Petits Hauts) Berri Praline Blouse. The nudey pink colour, the silky texture AND the contrasting chartreuse polka dot bit. Loose and floaty and totally fun for working from home in.
Friday a.k.a #dressupfriday
Enjoying wafting around the flat in the Iris skirt from Second Female (wrap dress also available in the matching fabric). It's such a beautiful shade of blueish lilac and the lightweight fabric drapes so nicely.
Saturday
Keeping things chilled in Part Two's knitted Vesta lounge pants (now half price!) and a basic American Vintage tee. The perfect pair.
We are currently obsessing over Big Little Lies, almost ready for season 2! If you haven't already then read the book first. Keeping my toes cosy in my fav cashmere socks from our Biscuit own brand (I challenge you t find something more luxurious).
Sunday
... and relax, the best day of the week in my opinion. Not much has changed for my Sundays now that social distancing has kicked in. I'm still relaxing, doing lots of yoga and cooking and devouring a Sunday roast.
