Coronation Chicken Sandwich
A recipe that has surely stood the test of time - originally "Poulet Reine Elizabeth" but more commonly referred to as Coronation Chicken, it was created by Le Cordon Bleu London to be served at the Coronation Luncheon in 1953. Here, we share one of our favourite adaptions from Made in London by Leah Hyslop.
