"I'm a long time admirer of the Queen. As one of the world's most photographed women, she is a style icon. I absolutely admire her for her loyalty and tenacity. I am looking forward to a long weekend celebrating her reign with my family down south. We will take in the village fete and a long family lunch as part of the celebrations."
Amanda's favourite Queen Elizabeth II look: "It has to be her 1960's fashion heyday when she honed her brilliant love of colour and full-on coordinating style of duster coats over dresses with matching handbags. I adore those images."
What food will you be enjoying over the Jubilee weekend? Our large family lunch will centre around a delicious Coronation Chicken, of course. Invented for the coronation of the Queen in 1953 by Rosemary Hume, head of the Cordon Bleu school, it's a classic and perfect for an easy lunch of many.
The drink you'll celebrate with will be? My brother is making up the Queen's favourite cocktail for the event - Gin & Dubonnet. The last time my brother made a cocktail I was very ill so we'll see how that goes!
