'Get Lost' - Stine Goya Pre Fall
It's always an exciting moment when the new Stine Goya delivery drops at our Thistle Street store and the Pre Fall '19 is no exception.
Inspired by "Map Piece" a poem written by Yoko Ono from 1962...
This collection is designed to encourage one to explore the unknown and contemplate the journey that lies ahead. To wander the road less travelled but to always leave behind a trail to find your own way home again.
“We are excited to present a collection that reflects the moment we are in as a brand and draws on elements from our DNA. It unites our past with the present and sets the tone for our new direction, as an international brand with Scandinavian roots.”
- Stine Goya Hertz, Creative Director
The colour palette aims to mirror the city scape with many of the prints inspired by vintage maps of Copenhagen where the Stine Goya adventure began.
The prints also play on perspective with aerial views of retro maps and pretty floral prints that are reminiscent of the unexplored and untouched landscape, a strong contrast to the city.
These dresses add a touch of understated occasion to everyday cool.
Bold meets calm and tranquillity meets adventure. This is seen in the colourful mix of Summer pastels and burnt Autumnal reds and oranges.
The easy silhouettes mimic the easy Summer days ahead.
Pair the colourful knits with light dresses for chic trans seasonal dressing in the ever changing weather.
“Get Lost” is an exploration of the Goya universe in its current position; the readiness to discover the unknown, while being a brand soundly anchored in a strong history and DNA."
