To reduce disappointment and maximise Christmas spirit here is all you need to know for a holly jolly Biscuit Christmas.
Extended Christmas Returns Dates
Items bought after Thursday 15/12 may be returned for a refund or exchange up until Monday Thursday 05/01. The items must have their original labels attached and be unworn. We cannot accept earrings, hats or underwear back due to hygiene reasons.
Christmas Opening Hours (ALL stores)
Christmas Eve (Saturday 24/12) - OPEN 10am-3pm
Christmas Day (Sunday 25/12) & Boxing Day (Monday 26/12) - Closed
Substitute Bank Holiday (Tuesday 27/12) - OPEN 11-5pm
New Year's Eve (Saturday 31/12) - OPEN 10-4pm
New Year's Day (Sunday 01/01) - Closed
New Year's Day Observed (Monday 02/01) & Substitute January 2nd (Tuesday 03/01) - OPEN 11-5pm
Christmas Post Dates
The below dates are the last guaranteed shipping dates set by Royal Mail for delivery before Christmas.
Although we will still be hard at work preparing and shipping all orders placed after these dates, we cannot guarantee they will arrive before Christmas Eve.
So please keep these latest postal dates in mind when ordering from us over the Christmas period.

05/12 - The Caribbean, Africa, Asia, Central and South America, Far and Middle East
06/12 - Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Eastern Europe, Turkey
