FAQs
Standard Delivery
Delivered within 3-5 working days (Goods are dispatched with 2nd class tracked royal mail delivery). However, items may be delivered to you within 2 days as we endeavor to dispatch items on the same day as order is placed.
Free standard delivery on all orders over £150. £4.95 on orders below £150.
International day
Delivered within 7 working days. (USA, Russia, Ukraine, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates).
£15 International delivery
We offer free click and collect in our Bruntsfield Place and Hyndland store dependent on stock availability. If items are not available in your nearest store, you will not be granted this option at checkout.
If the item ordered is in our Bruntsfield/Hyndland store, your order will usually be ready for immediate collection and you will be notified by email.
Orders can be picked up within the store opening hours (10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 12 noon to 4pm on Sundays).
We offer 14 working days from the date you received your Biscuit parcel to return or exchange your item(s). Sale items should be returned or exchanged within seven days.
At Biscuit we thoroughly check every item before we send it to you. If you received an item that is not in perfect condition please contact Biscuit immediately via email - shop@biscuit.clothing and await response. Under no circumstances should products be sent back to us without doing so first -we will not cover postage of items that you do send back. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If the item cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
