Our Story
Biscuit was founded in 2015 by Amanda Mitchell, who with years of experience as a department store buyer behind her, ventured out on her own with the aim of providing a beautiful and welcoming environment in which "you can always pick up something that inspires you. This could be something to wear, something to give or something that you just need. Biscuit is the perfect eclectic mix of clothing and living, under one roof".

FAQs
Standard Delivery
Delivered within 3-5 working days (Goods are dispatched with 2nd class tracked royal mail delivery). However, items may be delivered to you within 2 days as we endeavor to dispatch items on the same day as order is placed.
Free standard delivery on all orders over £150. £4.95 on orders below £150.
International day
Delivered within 7 working days. (USA, Russia, Ukraine, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates).
£15 International delivery
We offer free click and collect in our Bruntsfield Place store. If the item ordered is in our Bruntsfield store, your order will be ready for immediate collection and you will be notified by email. However items from other stores can take up to 5 working days to be transferred ready for collection. Orders can be picked up within the store opening hours (10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and 12 noon to 5pm on Sundays).
We offer 14 working days from the date you received your Biscuit parcel to return or exchange your item(s). Sale items should be returned or exchanged within seven days.
At Biscuit we thoroughly check every item before we send it to you. If you received an item that is not in perfect condition please contact Biscuit immediately. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If the item cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
