We offer free click and collect in our Bruntsfield Place and Hyndland Road stores, this is shown as 'Local Delivery'. Please wait for an email to let you know it is ready to collect.

UK

We offer FREE standard delivery within the UK on all orders over £150.00 with a £4.95 charge for orders under the value of £150. Please allow three to five working days as goods are dispatched with 2nd class royal mail, which is tracked but not signed for. All orders are picked and packed during office hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Any queries regarding orders placed must be dealt with via our office team on 0131 285 4166 Mon-Fri. All emails received over the weekend will be dealt with on the return to office Monday 9am.

UK NEXT DAY SHIPPING

We charge £10 for next day delivery via Royal Mail (Monday-Friday). All orders must be placed before 10am for this service. This allows us time to pick and pack your order before our mid-day mail collection. Orders placed after this time will be sent on a next day service the following day. Once dispatched, you will receive a notification. We expect items to arrive as scheduled however this is not a guaranteed service and during busy periods/adverse weather and strikes, this can be subject to delay. Please note that orders placed Friday on a Next Day Delivery Service will not be delivered on Saturday.

INTERNATIONAL

International delivery is £15, items should arrive within seven days as per Royal Mail, however we do not guarantee this and parcels can face delays..

RETURNS

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to return full price items to us. Sale items must be returned within 7 days. Returns are at the cost of the customer, please obtain proof of postage.
