We post out all of our orders using Royal Mail tracked services and so, to avoid disappointment, please use the following as a guide.

All orders are sent out on a Tracked 48 hour service, unless you pay for next day delivery (Tracked 24 hour) or are an International Customer.

We recommend orders for UK Christmas delivery are placed no later than Friday 20th December to be sent on a tracked 48 service. All orders after this will still be posted, however we cannot guarantee their arrival in time for Christmas.

We will continue to post orders until end of day Monday 23rd December. Orders placed after this time will be sent upon our return to office Monday 30th December.

Please note that our Bruntsfield Place, Edinburgh and Hyndland Road, Glasgow store will be open from 10am until 2pm Christmas Eve. As such, all Click and Collect orders will be picked as normal up to 2pm on Tuesday 24th December. We would advise all customers to endeavour to collect all orders before 2pm.

Click & Collect is only available on orders where items are stocked at your nearest collecting store. If you are not given the option to checkout using click & collect, it is because some or all of the items in your order are stocked in another location.

Royal Mail has provided the following as guidelines for last postings on International orders. Please note that these dates cannot be guaranteed as parcels can ultimately face delays being processed through customs post-brexit. There is very little we can do in the way of speeding up delivery after a parcel has been sent by us.

Friday 13 December -

Belgium, Canada*, China (People’s Republic), Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Luxembourg, South Korea, Thailand and USA

Monday 16th December -
