We're Hiring! - E-Commerce Fulfilment Administrator and Customer Service Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an energetic and capable Full-Time E-Commerce Fulfilment Administrator and Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly Warehouse team, based outside Dalkeith in Midlothian.

This is a Monday - Friday job based outside Edinburgh so you must have your own transport.

Salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfilling and packing online orders
  • Accepting and reconciling new deliveries
  • Maintenance of all packing materials for order fulfilment.
  • You must have good computer knowledge as we work with the platform Shopify.
  • Good packaging presentation skills are required - full training will be given.
  • Good communication skills as you will be dealing with customers on a regular basis.
  • This is a multi faceted position that requires excellent organisational skills, enthusiasm and self motivation.
