The white shirt should never be underestimated. I have to admit I have a few in my wardrobe and when I lack inspiration as to what to wear, out it comes.
It is effortless and has been proven by many an icon that wearing one can look incredibly chic. They come in all shapes and sizes from your husbands work shirt, thrown on and tied like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, to shapes worn by Meghan Markle. Whatever style you choose it can be classified as a wardrobe staple. Wear to work or go out clubbing in it...it just works.

Whatever shirt you choose, it has to be the right one, so we have a collection at Biscuit that should suit nearly everyones preferences. Some are just the very basic and then others have a little detail so that they can stand out from the crowd. I have road tested them all and I have chosen my favourites below.

There are many alternatives with a little bit of something added. These may not be pristine white and some may even be called Ecru!! Nevertheless I felt I had to add them in for their prettiness alone.

And finally my favourite below. Crisp cotton, pretty details and pure white...the perfect combination.
